Backend Engineer
HTML/CSS/JavaScriptなら10年以上の経験があり、モダン言語であればフロントエンドはReact、Next.jsを駆使して実装します。Laravelでのバックエンドの構築も可能です。要件に応じて、UI設計から実装、テスト、保守まで一貫して対応します。デザインはシンプルながらもリッチなアニメーションを得意としています。ちょっとした印刷物も含め、Webと紙媒体の双方で使えるデザイン制作を行います。バナーの作成や合成写真を使ったメインビジュアルの作成もお任せください。

ミッション
As an engineer, I will never neglect to improve myself every day, and I will contribute to society by making the most of the power of technology. In my personal development projects, I aim to identify small problems and devise support solutions so that all children can grow up to be independent adults.
エンジニアとしては日々自己研磨することを怠らず、技術の力を最大限に活用して社会に貢献します。個人開発では全ての子供達が自立した大人になれるよう、小さな困りごとを拾い、サポートを考えます。
ポリシー
My policy is to practice human-centered design. I make a conscious effort to see things from the perspective of the people on the ground as much as possible. Specifically, to support the weaknesses of children that are often overlooked, I continue my daily learning as an engineer plus more, such as attending a correspondence university to understand what kind of learning is prevalent today.
私のポリシーは「人間中心設計であること」です。そしてできるだけ現場と同じ目線になれるように意識しています。とくに見落とされがちな子供の不得意をサポートできるように、現代はどんな学習が多いのかなどを把握するために通信制の大学に通うなど、日々エンジニア+@の学びを続けています。
なぜ私か
From the day I learned about my family's characteristics and understood that I have my own as well, I have wanted to face the challenges of development in earnest. Even as technology advances, the fact that each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses remains unchanged. Furthermore, the understanding that these strengths and weaknesses are not a matter of willpower has not yet spread widely enough. In fact, awareness of dysgraphia remains limited in schools. I want to provide children with positive support rather than just experiences of failure. It is with this philosophy that I plan and create my products. I would be happy to connect with all of you who resonate with my ideas.
家族の特性を知り、私自身にも特性があることを理解した日から、私は真剣に発達に向き合いたいと考えました。テクノロジーが発達しても、個人一人ひとりに得意不得意があることには変わりません。そして得意不得意が根性論でないことも、なかなか周知が広まりません。実際、学校では書字障害の認識が浅いままです。子供達に失敗経験だけでなく、前向きなサポートを提供したい。その考えのものと、私はプロダクトを企画・制作しています。私の考えに共感してくださる皆様と繋がれたら嬉しいです。
